Japan training 2024

27 Aug 2024 : It’s time for 2024 Japan karate training trip! As usual, our members attended the annual training at Jitsuekai Osaka and JKF kata seminar conducted in Okinawa. Along the way came comfort food, nice drinks and great camaraderie.

 

Dan certificate presentation

21 Mar 2024 : Congratulation to our seniors and students passing their dan examination conducted on Dec 2023. The certificate presentation was conducted at our honbu dojo in Kebun Bahru Community Club on 7 Mar 2024.

 

Kata seminar and mass Grading

10 Jan 2024 : On 26th November 2023, GRKAS organized a kata Seminar and mass Grading at the Riverdale CC with great turnouts! Thanks to all the instructors and participants! Hope you guys had a great time and great learning experience.

Osaka 2023

7 Sep : A team of our members attended the annual kata seminal conducted in Osaka, Japan. Members also partake in dan grading exercise and participate as kata competitor, judges and referees in the JKF Goju-kai 49th karate championship. It is a fruitful expedition and a great experience for our attending members.

 

 

 

55th anniversary karate championship

13 Jul : GRKAS and the organising committee would like to thank all participants attending our 55th anniversary karate championship. All participants had a good time and walk away with a medal of participation. Continue your training and we look forward to your participation in future.

 

 

 

Kebun Baru community club family day event

15 Apr : GRKAS is delighted to participate in the Kebun Baru community club family day event. We setup a karate experience booth and demonstrated basic karate movements. It is a great opportunity to introduce our style of karate to local residents.

Very much thanks to our members who had volunteered their effort towards this event.
